16ى تشرینی یەکەمی 2022 پێنج ساڵ بەسەر لەشکرکێشی هێزەکانی حکومەتی فیدراڵی عێراق و میلیشیاکانی سەر بە ئێران لەدوای ریفراندۆمی کورد بۆ سەر کەرکوک و ناوچە جێناکۆکەکانی دیکە تێدەپەڕێت. تاوانەکانی دژی کورد زانیاری سەرچاوە کراوە لەسەر پێشێلکارییەکانی مافی مرۆڤ کە بەرامبەر بە دانیشتوانی کورد ئەنجام دەدرێن کۆدەکاتەوە. لێکۆڵینەوەکانی تاوانەکانی دژی کورد بۆیان دەردەکەوێت کە هەڵمەتی بەردەوامی پاکتاوکردنی نەتەوەیی بەربڵاو و سیستماتیک ڕەنگە ببێتە جینۆساید و تاوانی جەنگ و تاوانی دژی مرۆڤایەتی.

دادپەروەری و لێپرسینەوە لە بەرامبەر ئەم تاوانانەدا هێشتا بە زەحمەت دەمێنێتەوە. ئەکتەرە نێودەوڵەتییەکان و لایەنە پەیوەندیدارەکان دەبێ کاربکەن بۆ وەستاندنی پێشێلکارییەکان، جێبەجێکردنی لێپرسینەوە و گەڕاندنەوەی قوربانییەکان. راپۆرتەکە شیکاری یاسایی سەرەتایی لە کەیسە هەڵبژێردراوەکان لەخۆدەگرێت کە ئاماژە بە پێشێلکارییەکان دەکەن لە پەیوەندی لەگەڵ پابەندبوونەکانی دەوڵەتی عێراق.

نووسەری سەرەکی ڕاپۆرتەکە، جایا سریڤاستاڤا دەڵێت :      

 ئاماژەی بەوەشکردووە، “لە کاتی هەڵمەتی ئەنفالدا قڕکردنی کورد بۆ جیهان دیار بوو. حکومەتی فیدراڵی عێراقى ئيستا  چیتر كورد كيميا باران ناكات، بەڵام پاکتاوی قەومی بەردەوامە لە کاتێکدا وڵاتان پشتگوێی دەخەن

توێژەر سوزی وای هیڵ دەڵێت:

“بەهای ژیانی کورد لەماوەی ٢-٣ مانگی ڕابردوو دا له ناوچە کێشە لەسەرەکان که‌وتۆته ژیر مه‌ترسی و کەس لەو

 ‌ بارەیەوە نازانێت . کاتی ئەوە هاتووە دادگای تاوانی نێودەوڵەتی و دادگای نێودەوڵەتی بەدواداچوون و لێپێچینەوە لە ئەنجامدەرانی ئەم پاکتاوکردنی نەتەوەیی سیستماتیکە بکەن”.

نووسەری کوردی بێناو دەڵێت:

“لەم ڕۆژانەدا کوشتنی کەسێکی کورد لە کەرکوک زۆر ئاسانە. دەوڵەتی عێراق دەبێت ڕێز لە ئەرکی دەستوری خۆی بگرێت بۆ ئەنجامدانی ڕیفراندۆم بۆ دۆخی ناوچە ناکۆکەکان، و دامەزراندنی میکانیزمی دادپەروەری ئینتقالی بۆ پێشێلکارییەکان دژی دانیشتوانی کورد و کەمینەکانی دیکە. ” .

تاوانەکان دژی کورد گروپێکی توێژەرانە کە بنکەکەی لەسەر ئاستی نێودەوڵەتییە و تیشک دەخاتە سەر ئەو پێشێلکاریانەی کە لە بەشەکانی کوردستانی عێراق و سوریا و تورکیا و ئێراندا ڕوودەدەن. تاوانەکانی دژی کورد توێژینەوە ئەنجام دەدات بۆ هۆشیارکردنەوەی خەڵک لەسەر ئەو پێشێلکاریانەی کە لەم بوارانەدا ڕوودەدەن، بۆ ئەنجامدانی داکۆکیکاری کاریگەرتر بۆ پێشخستنی لێپرسینەوە له تاوانباران و نۆژەنکردنەوە بۆ قوربانییەکان. هەروەها تاوانەکانی دژی کورد سوپاستان دەکات بۆ ئەو مەترسیانەی کە وەک ڕۆژنامەنووس دەیگرنە بەر بۆ ڕاپۆرتکردنی ئەم نادادپەروەییانە و دەرفەتێک دەداته ئێوەى به ريز كه بابەتێک بنووسن بۆ ئەوەی جەخت لەسەر ئەم کاریگەرییە ڕاپۆرتانە بکەنەوە پێش ئەوەی بينيريت بو ئاژانسى نێودەوڵەتیكانى دەرەوە. تکایە بۆ زانیاری زیاتر ئیمەیڵ مان بو بنێرن، تکایە بەشداری بکەن لە بلاوكردنەوەى ئەم ڕاپۆرتە

October 16, 2022 marks five years since the invasion of Kirkuk and other disputed territories by the Iraqi federal government forces and Iranian-backed militias following the Kurdish referendum. Crimes Against Kurds collects open-source information from your news reports among others on human rights violations perpetrated against Kurdish populations. Investigations by Crimes Against Kurds find that the ongoing campaign of widespread and systematic ethnic-cleansing may amount to genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.

 

The new report, “Crimes Against Kurds: The New Ethnic Cleansing of the Disputed Territories,” documents abuses carried out by the Iraq state, Iranian-backed militias, and ISIS including:

 

Forced displacement

Murder, abduction, rape

Burnings and confiscation of farmlands

Harassment of journalists

Cultural discrimination

Employment discrimination

 

Justice and accountability remain elusive for these crimes. International actors and stakeholders must act to stop abuses, implement accountability, and restore victims. The report includes preliminary legal analysis of select cases indicating violations in relation to Iraqi state obligations.

The report’s lead author, Jaya Srivastava, said:

 

“During the Anfal campaign the extermination of the Kurds was visible for the world to see. The Iraqi federal government is no longer gassing the Kurds, but the ethnic cleansing continues while the world looks away.”

 

Researcher Susie Y. Hill said:

“The value of Kurdish lives has hit rock bottom in the last 2-3 months and nobody knows about it. It is time for the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice to investigate and prosecute the perpetrators of this systematic ethnic cleansing.”

 

Anonymous Kurdish Author said:

 

“It is very easy to kill a Kurdish person in Kirkuk these days. The Iraqi state must respect it’s constitutional obligation to conduct a referendum on the status of the disputed territories, and institute transitional justice mechanisms for violations against Kurdish and other minority populations. ”
